Instructions
Prepare a graham cracker crust in a springform and pre-bake slightly. Beat cream cheese until smooth; blend in honey and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in sour cream and vanilla. Pour filling into crust. Bake gently in a moderate oven (around 300?325?F) until the center is just set. (Optionally top with a mixture of sour cream sweetened with honey and bake briefly more).
